Eejung Kim, MD, PhD

Eejung is from South Korea and graduated from Yonsei University. Her graduate research focused on characterizing rare variants in cancer at a large scale, and she obtained her PhD from Harvard in 2016.

After completing an internal medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati and a hematology-oncology fellowship at Yale, she joined the Aguirre lab as a postdoctoral fellow to study KRAS mutations in 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys skateboarding and snowboarding.
