Our latest study in Int. J. Mol. Sci. highlights the critical role of bone marrow endothelial cells (ECs) in driving multiple myeloma (MM) progression and resistance. Using single-cell RNA sequencing and novel isolation protocols, we showed that MM-derived ECs promote tumor growth and angiogenesis, offering new therapeutic targets to disrupt MM progression.

Dr. Ruben Carrasco delivered an oral presentation at the 12th IWWM (International Workshop on Waldenström's Macroglobulinemia) in Prague. His talk, titled "The Characterization and Modeling of MYD88L265P Mutation and Chromosome 6q Deletion in Murine B-cells," showed important advancements in understanding key genetic drivers in Waldenström's Macroglobulinemia.
