Welcome to our new Visiting Scientist!

We’re excited to welcome Nick Wehrwein as a Visiting Scientist at the Carrasco Lab! Nick joins us from the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), where he worked on cutting-edge projects in cancer epigenomics, including enhancer hijacking in acute myeloid leukemia.

During his time with us, Nick will collaborate with Dr. Ruben Carrasco and Dr. Filip Garbicz, contributing to our projects on gastric cancer epigenetics.
