Zihao Wang

Zihao received his PhD in Chemistry under the mentorship of Prof. John A. Porco, Jr. at Boston University. His doctoral research focused on developing synthetic methodologies and medicinal chemistry strategies to generate rocaglate derivatives as inhibitors of DEAD-box RNA helicases, with applications in anticancer therapeutic development. Zihao joined the Fischer lab as a postdoctoral research fellow, where he is designing novel molecular glues to expand the targeting space of E3 ligases.
