Hannah Beakley

Hannah Beakley is a master’s student in bioinformatics at Boston University. She grew up outside of Boston and earned her BS in computational biology from Brown University. In the Gillani Lab, she works with long-read sequencing data to investigate the germline genomic context underlying canonical translocations and common risk variants in Ewing sarcoma.
