Opportunities in the Haq Lab
Technician/Research Assistant
We're hiring additional research assistants to join our lab. If you want to join a creative environment and have prior experience in molecular biology, you might be the person we're looking for.
Post-doctoral Fellows
The Haq Lab is looking for an enthusiastic post-doctoral fellow to work on projects studying resistance to melanoma therapies. We are located within the world-renowned Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, which offers a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment with close interaction with other basic and clinical scientists. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated and committed biologist to make an important contribution to understanding melanoma biology. We offer a young, dynamic lab environment committed to your development as an independent scientist. The PI is readily accessible, and projects have a strong foundation with preliminary data. Our small size offers the opportunity to work as an essential member of a close team in an exciting area of research. We invite applications from individuals with:
- An interest in translational melanoma research
- Exceptionally motivated, creative and committed to scientific discovery
- Strong background and publication record in molecular and cellular biology, particularly murine models and experience with mammalian cell culture
- Affinity for quantitation and computation, and systems biology is advantageous
