• Identification and characterization of steroid receptor cistromes in breast and prostate cancer
• Define steroid receptor co-regulator complexes and their functions
• Define mechanisms of hormone independence in breast and prostate cancer
• Elucidate the role of the androgen receptor in subtypes of breast cancer
• Development of new approaches for epigenomic analysis in collaboration with Dr. X. Shirley Liu
