George Lab
Decoding tumor biology to transform pediatric cancer therapy
Welcome to the George Lab!
The George Lab is dedicated to uncovering the molecular mechanisms that drive pediatric solid tumors, with a particular focus on neuroblastoma and osteosarcoma. By integrating molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, chemical biology, mouse and patient-derived models, and computational approaches, we seek to identify therapeutic vulnerabilities and translate them into more effective, less toxic treatments for children with cancer. Our work has yielded fundamental insights into tumor biology and helped shape clinical practice.
