Peter Howell, MS

Peter is an associate computational biologist in the Tothova lab. He graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2025 with dual Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Bioinformatics & Computational Biology. Peter worked on a variety of computational projects while a student and during internships at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, including a large scale integrative genomics pipeline for association analysis. He is excited to join the Tothova lab and apply computational techniques to improve our knowledge of the cohesin complex and cohesin-mutant malignancies. Outside of work, Peter likes board games, music, and going for walks.
