Rishika is a computational research associate in the Tothova lab. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2024 with dual Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Biomedical Engineering and a secondary Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. At Johns Hopkins, Rishika worked on various computational biology projects including a predictive model for perioperative hemodynamic risk under Dr. Joseph Walpole and Dr. Joseph Greenstein. She is excited to join the Tothova lab and develop genomic pipelines and further our understanding of epigenetics of cohesin-mutant MDS/AML. Outside of work, Rishika enjoys painting, attending live music shows and exploring Boston.
